It is suitable for use together with sludge dewatering systems and DAF to consistently improve sludge flocculation efficiency.
Filter Press
The Filter Press / Plate & Frame Filter Press is a sludge pressing machine that uses high pressure to separate solids and liquids, producing sludge with low moisture, generally around 50–70%. It supports operation from manual to fully automatic systems and offers optional extras such as Membrane Squeeze and an automatic filter cloth washing system. It is suitable for applications that require efficient reduction of sludge moisture.
Screw Press
Screw Press (Volute Dewatering Press) is a sludge dewatering machine that separates solids and liquids by the mechanical pressing action of a screw and rings, without using heat. It consumes little energy, approximately 1–5 kW per unit, operates continuously 24 hours, runs quietly and does not clog easily. Suitable for dewatering biological sludge, chemical sludge and food waste.
Decanter Centrifuge
Decanter Centrifuge is a centrifugal sludge dewatering machine that separates solids and liquids by high-speed centrifugal force. It handles sludge concentrations of approximately 2,000–30,000 ppm and produces a dry sludge cake of approximately 20–30% DS. It operates continuously in a closed system and supports high throughput in a limited space, suitable for industrial applications requiring speed and continuous operation.
Belt Filter Press
Belt Filter Press is a belt-type sludge dewatering machine that continuously separates water from sludge by the pressing and shear forces between a pair of belts running over rollers. It produces a dry sludge cake of approximately 18–25% DS from feed sludge with a concentration of 0.8–4%. Suitable for systems with large sludge volumes that require continuous operation with low energy consumption.
Sludge Dryer
Sludge Dryer/Low-Temperature Sludge Dryer is a sludge drying machine using a heat pump at temperatures below 70°C, helping reduce the weight and volume of sludge, with a heat recovery system to save energy. The closed system helps control odour and vapour, leaving the sludge dry, easy to handle and extendable towards a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) approach.
Turbo Blower
Turbo Blower (High-Speed Turbo Blower / Air Bearing Blower) is a high-speed aeration blower using air foil bearings and a permanent magnet motor with a VFD system, helping reduce energy consumption by approximately 20–45% compared with a Roots Blower. The system operates 100% without lubricating oil, with low noise and vibration. Suitable for wastewater treatment systems that need to save energy and reduce operating costs.
Maglev Turbo Blower
Maglev Turbo Blower is a high-efficiency aeration blower using an Active Magnetic Bearing to levitate the shaft without contact, reducing friction losses and requiring no lubricating oil. It helps save energy by approximately 30% or more compared with a Roots Blower, with low noise and vibration, a long service life, and supports capacities from 22–400 kW. Suitable for aeration systems in wastewater treatment applications.
Rectangular DAF
Rectangular / Horizontal DAF is a dissolved air flotation system for primary wastewater treatment, helping separate FOG and SS and reduce BOD/COD with microbubbles that carry the sludge up to the water surface. It can reduce FOG/SS by more than 90%, BOD by more than 30% and COD by more than 20%, supporting flow rates of 1–1,000 m³/hr, and integrates the Coagulation–Flocculation system and the bubble generation unit into a single platform. The structure can be selected as either FRP-coated steel or SUS304/316.
Superficial DAF
Superficial DAF, a dissolved air flotation system designed with a shallow tank that uses about 40% less installation area than conventional systems, focusing on separating floated sludge at the water surface. Suitable for limited spaces and for adding to existing systems, complete with a built-in micro bubble generation system and automatic sludge scraper blades. It removes more than 90% of FOG and SS and efficiently reduces BOD/COD.
Micro Bubble Pump
Micro Bubble Pump, an innovative pump that draws in and dissolves gas into water within the pump itself at the same time in a single unit, delivering a gas dissolution efficiency of up to 90–100%. It can generate Nano-Micro Bubbles stably and continuously, making it suitable for use in DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) wastewater treatment systems.
Evaporator Concentrator
Evaporator Concentrator, an evaporator for concentration serving as the first stage of the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) process. It uses a vacuum system together with a Heat Pump to evaporate wastewater at a low temperature of about 35–45°C, reducing wastewater volume and increasing the concentration of the solution, while recovering high-quality distillate for reuse. The Heat Recovery system reuses the latent heat from condensation, helping to reduce electricity consumption, before sending the concentrated solution on to the Crystallizer stage.
Evaporator Crystallizer
Evaporator Crystallizer, an evaporator and crystallizer for the final stage of the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system. It uses vacuum to concentrate wastewater up to the saturation point in order to separate salts and solids as dry crystals, while recovering almost all of the distillate for reuse, enabling the system to achieve complete Zero Liquid Discharge. Suitable for wastewater with high TDS and a high solids content, using a Scraped Surface system to reduce scale build-up on the heat exchange surface.
Membrane Bioreactor
Membrane Bioreactor combines biological treatment and membrane filtration in a single tank, replacing the sedimentation tank and producing high-quality clear water. Suitable for wastewater treatment systems and water reuse, it supports Flat Sheet and Hollow Fiber membranes with a pore size of 0.03–0.1 μm, made of PVDF, PES and PTFE, which are hydrophilic and fouling-resistant, efficiently filtering out TSS and bacteria.
Submersible Mixer
Submersible Mixer is a submerged mixer that creates circulation in wastewater treatment tanks and basins, preventing sedimentation and stratification of the wastewater. It is suitable for reaction tanks, equalization (EQ) tanks, Anoxic/Anaerobic tanks and sludge holding basins. The waterproof motor can be installed underwater, and the impeller creates a Jet Flow current that distributes flow throughout the tank, reducing dead zones with low energy consumption. Wetted parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
Hyperboloid Mixer
Hyperboloid Mixer is installed at the tank bottom, with a hyperbolic impeller creating flow from the tank bottom up to the surface gently and thoroughly at low rotational speed. It uses low energy per water volume (low Watt/m³). The motor is located above the water, making maintenance easy with no submerged seals. It is suitable for Anoxic/Anaerobic tanks and large mixing tanks that require uniform mixing without inducing aeration.
