Micro Bubble Pump, an innovative pump that draws in and dissolves gas into water within the pump itself at the same time in a single unit, delivering a gas dissolution efficiency of up to 90–100%. It can generate Nano-Micro Bubbles stably and continuously, making it suitable for use in DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) wastewater treatment systems.

Working Principle: Micro Bubble Pump
  • 1. The pump's suction port draws in gas via negative pressure.
  • 2. The high-speed impeller mixes the gas with the liquid under pressure inside the pump until 90–100% is dissolved.
  • 3. Gas-saturated water is delivered directly to the point of use.
  • 4. When the pressure is released, large quantities of nano/micro-bubbles form and carry particles up to the surface.
