Working Principle: Turbo Blower
  • 1. A high-speed permanent-magnet motor directly drives the turbo impeller to compress air.
  • 2. Airfoil bearings support the shaft on a layer of air during rotation, so there is no mechanical contact and no lubrication needed.
  • 3. The VFD inverter adjusts rotational speed to match oxygen demand in real time.
  • 4. Air is delivered to the diffusers in the aeration tank.
