The flexible flat membrane module retains the similar advantages of conventional flat membrane, which are high strength, easy maintenance, no backwashing, large flux, and low transmembrane pressure difference. Furthermore, has the high packing density property of hollow fiber membranes, flexible and requires small footprint area. The membrane has waving ability from bubble that release at the bottom of module.


The unique advantages of membrane are low replacement cost, high welding strength, and can backwashing.

The flexible flat membrane stack consists of a rectangular diaphragm membrane size 250 mm × 250 mm, a sealing ring, a spacer ring, a central water collection pipe, and two side baffles plate. The rectangular diaphragm membrane, sealing ring, etc. are threaded on the central water collection pipe in turn, and then compressed and sealed by the two side baffles.
