Static Screen
The Static Screen is a mechanical sieve with a simple work principle by gravity force and does not require electrical power to separate solids particles. Commonly used as pretreatment for wastewater treatment systems to prevent solid particles get into the wastewater treatment and damage to the system, such as pumps and valves.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The machine is made up of a special curved SUS304 wedge wire sieve. The water flows through the sieve, and solids particles are trapped on the sieve surface. The machine can be customized and produced in various widths, arc lengths, and slot gap sizes to suit the flow rate and the material to be separated to avoid clogging the sieve. It can be equipped with a spray or brush-cleaning device.
